S'Mores Protein Bites
Personally, we don't think there's anything more fun than standing around a fire making s'mores in the summertime. But, for times when the wood is all wet, or when you need to wake up for work or school the next morning, these s'mores bites make a great substitute!
Ready in minutes, no bake, and with F-1g/C-10g/P-3g per bite, you're bound to love them.

1/2 cup (4 servings or 48 grams) marshmallow fluff
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
40 grams of PEScience Gourmet Vanilla protein powder
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
16 mini marshmallows
In a large bowl, add all ingredients except the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Mix ingredients together until stiff dough forms. You may need to use your hands, and it will be thick!
Add chocolate chips, and mix to incorporate.
For macro accuracy, weigh your dough in grams, then divide by 16 to see how many grams each bite should be - otherwise, just try to divide as equally as possible!
Taking one marshmallow at a time, roll dough around each marshmallow. Repeat until you've got 16.
