Ingredients

  • 1 large, ripe avocado (180 grams)

  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion (30 grams)

  • 1 handful chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 finely chopped jalapeno (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add avocado, yogurt, and lime juice to a bowl. Smash together using a fork until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. Season with salt to taste, and serve lower fat guacamole!
